This division is centrally responsible for:
1. The Fund formation activities:
- Fund Plan development (Financial, Marketing, Procurement, Operations and Talent plans);
- Fund Plan Roll-out management (Financial, Marketing, Procurement, Operations and Talent systems & processes);
- Business Model Robustness assessment and
- Enterprise Development Status Report.

2. Moulding the DNAcode of Strategic Companies.
With acquisition deals concluded, this division is then responsible for firstly identifying the talent necessary to accomplish the route answered, attracting this talent and the retention thereof are imperative at this stage.
The ingenuity to mould the DNAstrategy coupled with the skill set to develop and monitor DNAtraction is another key function of this division. In partnership with co-Advisors and the Leadership Talent at our Portfolio Companies, we partake quite intimately in the development of Building-Blocks necessary to accomplish the vision as stated and guided by the business environment as experienced & envisaged.
The realization schedules set and agreed upon with our Strategic Companies’ Executives, will only be meaningful when the fruition of objectives is aligned and monitored to the minute of details. We take an active role in this, and regard this ability to getting things done, as being the differentiator we hold closely to our guiding values.
